Rates
$140 per 50 – 60 minute session.
Insurance
Insurance is not accepted. However, many insurance plans provide out-of-network benefits. If you choose to use your out-of-network benefits, a Superbill (detailed invoice) can be provided to you and which you can submit as a claim for direct reimbursement from your insurance. Check with your insurance provider to verify whether you receive out-of-network benefits for mental health.
Most insurance plans include telehealth services and cover telehealth fully. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services and telehealth.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan cover out-of-network costs and include mental health benefits, including telehealth services?
- Have I met my annual deductible and/or out-of-pocket maximum?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Payment
I accept debit and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is taken after each session through a private and secure client portal.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Cancelled sessions may be rescheduled directly on my site, the client portal, or by phone/text.
